Stephen Chatto
He has been involved in Real Estate since 2000 dabbling in rentals, but it was not until 2012 that he jumped in full time using Wholesaling Houses to pay the Bills. In 2016 The focus started to switch back to acquiring rentals using private capital. Fast forward to today and his focus is on using the skills gained through 6 years of Wholesaling to acquire long term buy and holds, while enjoying regular assignment fees to further that goal.
Bill Steiner
He is owner of multiple successful ventures including Cats Eye Security, Budget Blinds franchises, Nurowav TMS, and more, will delve into the world of fix and flips, rentals, and wholesaling. Gain valuable insights from his diverse real estate portfolio and learn how to thrive in various niches.
Our Mission
Better Investors Better Investments is an association of real estate investors that is focused on creating an environment that fosters growth within a code of ethics enabling our members to meet their maximum potential in a way that leaves a positive impact on our collective community. Better Investors Better Investments was founded due to the fact that when new investors join the real estate investing space, they typically do not have all the information that they need to succeed. Through streamlined collaboration and communication, we are able to bring together new investors and seasoned investors to learn from one another and build a positive future for the real estate investing space. We also were created to provide a space where seasoned investors can provide valuable information that will yield collective growth throughout time.
