4. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointment times, coaching calls, or live sessions are scheduled based on availability.
  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
  • Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
  • Access to digital programs or membership areas may be time-limited as outlined at purchase.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • If no refund policy is stated, purchases are considered final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
